Bradlee Boilers Ltd are fully equipped and experienced to prepare your boiler for it's annual insurance stripdown and to make it ready for your insurance company's inspection, One completed our engineers will reassemble the boiler and get it up and running again ready for the working / PS2 Inspection that your insurance company will also carry out to ensure that all safety devices are operating correctly.

If during the inspection any structural problems are found in the boiler shell, tubes or furnace, Bradlee Boilers Ltd are equipped to have one of our coded welders complete any repairs required working closely with your insurance company to ensure that your boiler is made fully operational as quickly as possible.

• 5 Yearly NDT (Non Destructive Test) Preparation

It is a legal requirement that all Steam Boilers have an NDT examination at intervals to be specified by your insurers not exceeding 5 years between inspections.

Once again Bradlee Boilers Ltd are fully equipped and experienced to prepare your boiler for the NDT inspection which will be carried out by your insurance companies designated inspector. To allow this examination to be carried out the boilers cladding and insulation will be removed to reveal the longitudal seam plus 25% of the shell in areas as required by your insurance company to comply with the S.A.F.E.D guidelines. Once your boiler has passed the NDT examination the cladding and insulation will be replaced or renewed as required and the boiler made fully operational. We work closely with your insurance company to ensure that you are up and running again as quickly as possible. If during this examination any defects are found we are able quote as quickly as possible for any repairs that may be required. We can even offer to supply a Steam Boiler on Hire so that business can continue as usual until your own boiler is back in action.
